Miffy

Simple but cute illustrations, nice little poem, makes this book a must for storytimes.  It could be used for rabbits, eating healthy, newborns/siblings, etc.  Dick Bruna is the Dutch born author.  This book was first published in 1963.  There are as many as thirty titles in the Miffy series all dealing with childhood.  The book itself is small and I went on Amazon to see if the books were published in a bigger format.  Looks like they were meant to be small.  But that isn't a bad thing in this case.  The pictures are big and can be seen from a couple of yards away (if the book is being read in storytime).
