We're Going on a Bear Hunt

We're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen illustrated by Helen Oxenbury

Based on an American nursery rhyme, retold by Michael Rosen who is British.  Nice illustrations by Helen Oxenbury.  This would be an excellent book to read during storytime and let the kids act out going over and under and through.  The children could all repeat the storyteller's chants as she reads the story, "Splash, splosh".  The book has been published in a nice size for storytime also.
